The Creative Services division of Russell Tobin represents advertising, creative, and digital talent on both a freelance and direct hire basis. We represent anyone typically found at a traditional advertising agency, creative agency, design firm, or in-house at a brand.
Working intimately with leadership and management across Creative, Production, a traditional Studio, Digital, and Video/Motion/Multi-Media, we seek to quickly and carefully identify candidates to meet specific creative resource challenges.
In an effort to maintain rapid delivery and candidates of the highest caliber, not only does our internal team all come from the industry, but we believe in maintaining an incredibly small focus. You will not see the Creative Services team working to fill roles for skillsets within marketing management, communications, sales, technology, etc. We have other specialized teams at Russell Tobin that can handle those needs. For that reason we consider ourselves the most specialized creative agency in the business.
