Business Development Associate Full Time

This VC backed start-up is seeking a new business development associate to support business development directors with driving their business revenue growth through outreach to inbound and outbound leads, focusing on setting appointments, drafting out emails while focusing on the sales teams key objectives. 


  • You have 1-2 years of inside sales experience or have a strong interest in business development
  • You have a strong grasp on the fundamentals of sales development, and are comfortable on the phone. 
  • You thrive in a consultative selling environment and are looking to build strong relationships with prospects/clients.
  • You are a hunter and self-starter.
  • You are super positive and passionate about achieving goals
  • You want to be part of a dynamic, growing entrepreneurial team.

Skills & Qualifications 

  • We are a passionate global sales team dedicated to providing the best solutions for new and existing clients. (This position is NY-based)
  • We believe in the consultative sales process and helping our clients to achieve business growth through using our products and services.
  • We have an open office setting near Herald Square that we share with the Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations teams.
