Floater Administrative Assistant Contract

Our client, a leading hedge fund in NYC, is seeking a team oriented Floater Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of administrative experience, a “no job too big, no job too small” mentality, and should enjoy being part of a team.


  • Assist with managing active and ever-changing calendars
  • Process expense reports
  • Set up and break down conference meetings
  • Order catering for in-house meetings
  • Backup other admins as necessary
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Plan international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports- track receipts
  • Assemble meetings materials and presentations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have at least two years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Must be a team player
  • Organized
