Human Resource Coordinator I Contract

Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Holland!


  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Revise company's policies and reports.
  • Prepare HR documents and manage leave-of-absence policies.
  • Track and maintain employee data using HR software systems.
  • Assist with the hiring, firing, training, and company education procedures for all employees.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of human resources related experience.
  • Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills.
