Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Holland!
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Revise company's policies and reports.
- Prepare HR documents and manage leave-of-absence policies.
- Track and maintain employee data using HR software systems.
- Assist with the hiring, firing, training, and company education procedures for all employees.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of human resources related experience.
- Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills.
