Receptionist Contract

Our Client, a large financial services corporation, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Gainesville, TX office.


  • Reception – answer phones and direct calls, greet clients and provide coffee or water. Keep lobby stocked & presentable at all times.
  • Administration – Receive mail, create UPS labels, scan and upload new business, print documents for meeting prep. answering phones & directing calls,

Skills & Qualifications

  • Outlook, Word, Excel, ability to learn new tools to assist with admin duties
  • Assist with property tax assessment and invoice entry into property tax system.
  • Scan and File electronic property tax records
