Resume Review Specialist, Ops Contract

This company is seeking a tactical, enthusiastic, and strategic individual to be responsible for qualifying candidates by reviewing resumes from multiple candidate channels, sending qualified candidates through the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for recruiting and desire to improve processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborate with the Recruiting Team members to have a firm understanding of all open roles to strategically qualify where candidates fit into the organization
  • Proactively builds partnerships across the team, cross-functional partners and internal clients
  • Educate cross-functional partners on the Resume Review program and provide updates on evolving best practices
  • Build strong relationships with the rest of the Resume Review team, working flexibly across multiple business areas, taking every opportunity to ensure the very best talent is connected to the right roles
  • Identify root causes of systems/process errors and suggesting solutions
  • Use influence to drive engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partners utilizing data
  • Be adaptable as the organization is constantly changing and evolving to meet the needs of our business partners 
  • Maintain strong data integrity while understanding and executing team processes
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and champion implementation of the process changes/new ideas
  • Conceptualize the greater team/business context and the fundamentals important to understanding the impact of the Resume Review team
  • Maintain effective communication with manager and other task stakeholders to meet deadlines and commitments
  • Demonstrate the willingness to be receptive to feedback 

Requirement: 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Operations or a Consultative role
  • 1+ year of sourcing or talent assessment experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; communicates effectively by adjusting style, tone and level of detail based on the audience
  • Ability to accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision and produce high quality work
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently 
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions through process management and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands 
  • Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing trends and consolidating data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders
  • Project management or process improvement background
  • Tech industry knowledge with ability to understand tech skills and profiles
  • Demonstrated ability to  work cross-functionally and strengthen relationships with clients and partners
