Service Desk Coordinator Contract

Our client, a well respected bank, is hiring a Service Desk Agent to join their team in Milwaukee, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide physical and remote support
  • Provide the highest possible level of extraordinary customer service
  • Answer incoming phone calls, track information, and use knowledge base tools to resolve Tier 1 requests in a timely fashion.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams
  • Troubleshoot basic end user issues on various software applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, network, and telecommunications systems
  • Provide basic desktop support

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in service or help desk roles is preferred
  • Proficient with Service Now, Windows 10, Office 365 and VDI is preferred
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills
