Business Analyst - Intermediate Contract

Our client, one of the largest global providers of insurance, annuities, and employee benefit programs, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Cary, NC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization
  • Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices
  • Functionally will serve as client's liaison to the USCDP team, will handle & coordinate intake & response to ServiceNow tickets, and work with vendors as needed
  • Will coordinate processes across multiple teams & verticals
  • May present findings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of direct experience in the field
  • Project management & organization skills
  • Basic SQL, good proficiency in MS Office, basic scripting languages (VBA/VBS, python) or modeling tools (R, SPSS)
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
