Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Understand and follow Engineering Procedures 2. Interface with other department project managers, engineers and project team members 3. Manage multiple projects concurrently 4. Field Surveys 5. Client contact / Correspondence 6. Vendor Coordination 7. Assist in preparation of drawing design packages, documentation lists, and schedules 8. Assist in preparation of engineering calculations 9. Assist in preparation of engineering documents including installation specifications, equipment specifications, and Bill of Materials 10. Lead in preparation of as-builts, technical and maintenance manuals and final documentation 11. As required, preparation of project status reports and schedules
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Degree in Engineering discipline required; professional registration is helpful 2. 1-year + experience in engineering or manufacturing process and/or packaging preferred 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 4. Leadership qualities for operating in team environments 5. Ability to manage more than one project simultaneously 6. Depth of knowledge in the chosen engineering field 7. Good understanding of other engineering fields 8. Self-starter with high motivation 9. Proficient with Microsoft software applications 10. Ability and willingness to learn new software 11. Ability and willingness to travel
