Infrastructure Engineer Contract

One of our leading Insurance clients is looking for infrastructure Engineer @ Cary, NC

Job Description:    

  • Messaging Engineering is responsible for the following:
  • Participate in planning, and implementation of Microsoft O365 and perimeter security technologies
  • Works with other Engineering teams to facilitate the growth of messaging capabilities
  • Provide Engineering expertise to all levels of the global organization as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Microsoft O365, Exchange, Skype, and IronPort Email Security
  • Work independently to carry-out projects
  • Handle high severity impacting issues and provide guidance to operations/vendor teams
  • Work with teams to plan and implement messaging technologies across the globe
  • Collaborate with other IT groups to ensure that computing infrastructures such as Network, Desktop Design, and Server domains can support the messaging demand

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 5 years of enterprise messaging leveraging Microsoft technologies
  • 5 years’ experience with Microsoft O365
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • Ability to provide 2nd/3rd level support
  • Experience in large scale messaging environments – +25,000 users
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, inclusive of written, verbal and listening
  • Customer Service Orientation and strong teamwork


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related discipline)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange E-Mail systems, Active Directory, Android Enterprise and iOS development
  • Experience with application development for mobile environments
  • Cisco Certified Specialist – Email Content Security certification
